The goal was to modify and help evolve the existing Lacework design system used by network security professionals. The application is targeted at expert-level security technicians who require access to complex tools in real-time.
Onboarding UX
Added an end-to-end onboarding flow to help new users get set up and learn about the product during the first-time use.
Analytics & Storage
The LaceWork product has many sections where analytics, metrics, and other data-heavy experiences were required.
Branding & Marketing
Worked with their marketing team to update some of their branding and improve their email and other marketing collaterals.
LaceWork Network Security
Worked as a consultant over the course of 6 months with an interaction designer to help improve numerous flows and funnels. I worked on both the UX/UI as the project launched successfully and user feedback was quite positive as engagement increased in many areas of the application.
